Dropouts after midnight daily

Been having dropouts for the past couple of days after midnight.
Checked the modem noticed upstream issues.
Which I believe is indictive of a mainline issue.
Not sure where the fault lies.

Unfortunately support via customer services hasn't yielded much help.
They just said they would monitor it and let techs know.

Hub 4 delivered, rep stated 5 but oh well.
Upstream is slightly hotter this time round with the same cable and attenuator.
May reboot in a day or so to see what changes if anything.
Probably not by much, still waiting on my new attenuator delivery.
To replace my old broken 6db, at the moment running with the 3db.
