Does anyone get us channel changed all the time in the error logs on the hub5?

Hi virgin 

Again im not convinced the upstream channels are not working right saw all channels drop to 32 QAM and come on to check today loads of t3 errors and again to noise has hit the downstream to when this happened.

and last night on the pc internet brower kept freezing and not responding to after the t3 error working ok

also why is the upstream channel always changing in the erorr logs?

    I would not hold it against you , I moved to Plusnet

  Slower link, but reliable and constant , and a lot cheaper.

   To me , reliability is way more important than a fast burst speed at 2 in the morning, and othertimes un reliable.

Yeah i know what you mean but its full fibre im moving to 900 down 110 up and all the tv.

Has it being full fibre it should be alot more reliable and give me less latency for online gaming! 

so after 17 years im waving goodbye to vm.

1. vm taking to long to upgrade they stuff to the network to get people on full fibre.

2. vm should do a stand alone modem 

2. VM should have stayed with netgear and tivo its way better!

We're sorry to hear of any issues with the broadband service.

I've done a system check and no issues are showing, all the levels are in spec (the SNR levels were out for a time but rectified at time of sending this).

Why is it when there's a power cut in s5 power comes back but all of virgin media stays down!?  No TV phone or internet! Told you clearly a fault at the head end! 

How long B4 it's back up? Been over 12 hours now
