Re: Do we get charged for the WiFi pods

Hi Ernie

thanks for your message, now they want me to send the wifi pods back as i refused to pay the £5.00 monthly charge even though

we were told we could keep them, but there is no clarity on the email from Virgin Media, there is no message or clarity from Kevin

Re: Do we get charged for the WiFi pods

I had a message on Monday asking me if I would be interested in participating in the pod trial.  It is arriving on the 17th.  It says there will be no charge and I can keep the pod when the trial is over.  If there is a charge, I will not be participating and they can have it back

Re: Do we get charged for the WiFi pods

We were told that there would be no charge on the trail and that we can keep the Pod at the end of the trial.

The trial officially starts on Monday 22nd February. If you're part of the trial, you should have also been invited to a private forum for the trial to discuss your thoughts and findings on this.
