Damaged external junction box

Hi, the cover of our external junction box is missing exposing all of the cabling. Some of the cable sheathing is missing too. Photo attached, are you able to send an engineer please to check the cabling is still performing correctly and replace the junction box.

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issues with your OMNI box. 

 

I have managed to locate your account using the information you have provided on the forums,  I have managed to book an engineer to come and get this sorted,  you can find the time and date of the appointment via your online account.

Hi Zak, 

Thank you, the Engineer was meant to visit on Wednesday 5th but still no sign of the Engineer. Can you check the booking please or reschedule it in the system.
