Continually losing connection

Hello,

My internet keeps dropping. it went from nothing for about 45 minutes to now at least being able to connect but with intermittent dropping. I'm in area 21 and it says there are "No Known Issues".

To clarify i went from not even being able to see the WiFi to now seeing it and connecting to it but not getting to the Internet or if I get to it not staying for more than 2 seconds.

Can somebody from Virgin help here? i haven't had Internet all day and there is no number that I can see to contact anybody.

Ok, if nobody is going to reply with any sort of update on this, i'll have to cancel Virgin Broadband here as it clearly does not work as intended and I cannot get support.
