I'm having issues signing into my account on My Virgin. It's giving me numerous excuses as to why I can't sign in, even after giving my account number and other details. My router is broken, kids jumped off the settee onto it, wire snapped out the back and have no internet at all and in house bound times like these we are all going a little nuts without internet haha, 🥴 needless to say I need to book an engineer.
Is there any way to contact Virgin via WhatsApp or messenger. I found a WhatsApp contact but it's for Ireland only.
