Constant drop outs on wired and wireless connection

My hub 3 loses all connection between 10+ times a day for between 5 minutes and beyond I've spoken to technical support over 50 times. I've had 25+ engineers to my property. If you look at my account this issue has been on going since the past year and this time I will not be leaving Virgin Media as I have no where else to go to as you're the only provider offering fibre in my area.

Re: Constant drop outs on wired and wireless connection

Stats are all ok except 3 upstream channels with 16QAM when they should be 64QAM. I suspect noise ingress. You should phone customer services and report the problem, they should be able to advise if there are any local problems and perhaps arrange a technician.

Re: Constant drop outs on wired and wireless connection

Network faults, often those caused by noise ingress, are extremely difficult to fix. Unfortunately it can some time, as it not like a broken cable when either you have a service or you do not.
