Connection regularly cutting out for extended periods

My internet (Cambridge, UK) has been cutting out for increasing periods of time since Friday (03 April).  Roughly 4pm-8pm on Friday, about 4pm-9pm on Saturday, from 2 pm on Sunday to some point after midnight and today it's already gone.

The power light, wifi light and two little arrows alternate in flashing green, the problem - so far - eventually sorts itself out but I can't work with no internet. 

My hub is less than a year old and has been entirely reliable up to this point - I'm assuming it's a local internet/bandwidth problem but the VM website claims there are no issues.  Plus, of course, I can't raise a call via the website and the call centres are closed.

Exactly the same issues - i have been encountering it since installation last may. The only difference is now my income is generated solely through the internet in this crisis. 

FIX my problem too. Also forgive my lack of politness. Your incompetence, inconsistent results and inability to fix this is costing me money.

@Smeets @Gabrieln first and foremost you cannot just hijack people's posts if you have an issue make a separate post and we will get to it... 

It's called forming an orderly queue.

I have this issue for few days now. Virgin customer service is off, no one answers. Really poor service. How can anyone work from home like this?
