Connection regularly cutting out for extended periods
My internet (Cambridge, UK) has been cutting out for increasing periods of time since Friday (03 April). Roughly 4pm-8pm on Friday, about 4pm-9pm on Saturday, from 2 pm on Sunday to some point after midnight and today it's already gone.
The power light, wifi light and two little arrows alternate in flashing green, the problem - so far - eventually sorts itself out but I can't work with no internet.
My hub is less than a year old and has been entirely reliable up to this point - I'm assuming it's a local internet/bandwidth problem but the VM website claims there are no issues. Plus, of course, I can't raise a call via the website and the call centres are closed.
