Really disappointing to hear that your internet issues have returned and the disconnections still continue. Can we ask if this issue appeared on a wired or wireless connection?
Remotely looking from our end, we have located your account details from your community profile details. We can see that there was network fault raised but this has now been resolved.
We have checked all your US/DS power levels and SNR which all look to be within specification with no issues. There are no area outages that are affecting you either so this is a little strange why this issue has re-appeared.
