I am using iPhone 12. App is up to date, I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that hasn’t fixed the problem. Tried resetting the hub 3, turning that off and back in again. No luck. Also all phone iOS is up to date.

Im on Android 12 using Samsung s22.
It never worked here ever on Hub3, now Hub 4 and it doesnt even see it just wants me to order a Hub 3 off you lol.
Suggest you tell whoever thought it a good idea to announce "Now supports Hub 4!" they had an epic fail lol
