Completely fed up of having to restart my modem daily have run tests help !!!!

I am restarting my modem daily. All tests run several times a day. Crap service as no one answers the phone. I would cancel this if I could. I am using a smart TVs one iPhone 2 laptops but not at the same time on on the same floor. I moved into the Leeds ls15 area a few months ago and have had continual issues. Driving me mad as everything I want to use internet I cannot be sure it will be available. Unbelievably I am using my iPhone hotspot to ensure I can complete work conference calls. Please help

First question as always is ... are these issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection related?

And what are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
