Cisco keep dropping out while working from home

When I work from home using my employers VPN - Cisco Any Connect, it regularly drops out then reconnects. The problem with that is it happens during important meetings.

Is there anything within my hub 3.0 that I can look at to solve that.

If I work from my Mothers house who has BT, there is never any issue.

Please help as I don't want to have to leave Virgin unless I am left with no choice as this can't continue

Is it Ethernet or wifi? Ethernet is more stable because it’s your work vpn virgin media are limited to what they can do. They would advise you first to contact your work it department to see if there is a work around vm will only see if there is issues on your network.  I use Cisco with an Ethernet and not had any issues I only tend to have issues through wifi

Use hub in modem mode see if thats stable then look at getting a router with 1Gb ports

Hi, did you get this fixed in the end? I have the same issue when i'm connected to the Hub 3 either via wifi or cable but it's absolutely fine when i'm connected to the work VPN using my mobile phone as a hotspot. It is beyond annoying now!!!

Am getting similar problem with my iPhone slow loading pages content in Facebook not upload quickly and when this happens if I go to settings and Wi-Fi it comes up with no internet connection the reconnects just left bt and had no problems with the except the poor download set 😒
