I am a client of VM on fiber 350Mb/s and I am trying to create an account, but it is giving me two kinds of errors. Below is one of them. I also seem to have already a Virgin account for purely the mobile side, which I cannot access, but I am not client on mobile (except for the sim given as part of the broadband deal). I am using a different email in this account creation attempt. Thanks
