Can’t access hub settings, not using the app

I’m trying to access the hub settings to increase the Wi-Fi security so I’m able to access the Wi-Fi on my iPhone, but repeatedly whenever I try it says someone else already is accessing the settings, I’ve factory reset multiple times and I have not got the app.

What are you trying to access the hub with? Usually if I get that message it takes a good 5 minutes to clear .

Also as I’m slightly confused…. Why do you need to enter the security settings ? The WiFi password will be on the hub. Unless your looking to change it??
