Broadband flashing green

Just received the HUB 3 all connected up and not working. Flashing green light. I’ve checked to see all connections are connected properly and they are. I’ve reset the hub several times still isn’t working.

Could I arrange for an engineer to come out?

Re: Broadband flashing green

Some are sent out pre-activated, some are not. There should be a phone number (0800) in with your paperwork for triggering the activation signals.

Re: Engineer

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 – you will need the serial number off the barcode sticker and also your account number,

Call asap but 08.00 (Mon-Sat) or 09.00 (Sun) gives the best chance of getting through quickly

A VM person should respond on here when they pick it up but that can take a few days.
