Broadband and phone keep dropping

I keep losing the internet and phone line.  The hub3 seems to keep resetting itself and there is a red flashing phone light all the time.

Area not relevant need postcode for better accuracy. I am in Manchester - on Area 20 - as are other customers in Surrey & Sussex !!
