Thanks very much for getting back to me. My service is back to normal as I phoned on the dot of 8am the next morning and the problem was sorted straightaway. But this is not always possible to do if you're desperate for the fault to be fixed in the evening (for example if the internet was down)
I guess you must have a problem with not enough phone lines. It's infuriating holding on for 45 mins plus, listening to to same music over and over again. When your costumer service was based in India (I assume) the time taken to answer was never an issue...
