Amazon Firestick

I have a 3rd Generation Amazon Firestick, until recently I had a virgin Hub 3, a week ago Virgin provided a Hub 4, then the problems started.

When searching for a tv show or a movie the screen goes blue and the fire stick goes into continues re-boots until the hub 4 is turned off.

Virgin customer service suggested I should contact Amazon, but why it was working fine with a Hub 3.
