Hello Virgin Team,
I would be moving to a new property and while using online checker for broadband speeds, found quite low speeds using the Open Reach network (quite low FTTC speeds).
I also found that all neighbours around (in all directions and even just few meters away !) have access to full fibre of Virgin Broadband and just not my apartment.
I did send out an enquiry to Virgin Media through the online form, but only received a generic email that they will keep us updated.
Surely, if neighbors can have access to virgin broadband, it can be extended to our apartment as well ?
Any help in this regard would be greatly helpful.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. We have similar problem. The whole street have virgin media and we keep being told we can’t get it. It’s ridiculous, I’ve been trying since we moved here 5 years ago and nothing ever happens, I gave up on it all as it was genuinely making me angry:
