5 Ghz not working on SuperHub 3.0

I have a Superhub 3.0 and get frequent issues with the 5Ghz WiFi where it suddenly stops working. It affects both my iPhone and MacBook, so it's not device specific.

Restarting it resolves the problem temporarily but it soon returns which is very, very annoying.

Despite several calls, the issue is not resolved so I'm resorting to this forum to try to get it sorted.

I've seen several, similar issues reported so, can it be fixed or do I simply need a new hub? Will replacing the hub fix the problem?

Do wired connections also drop?

Re: 5 Ghz not working on SuperHub 3.0

TBH, I've not tried a direct connection with a computer, however, a second router, connected to the SH3.0 continues to offer uninterrupted connectivity. Also, the 2.4 Ghz connection on the SH3.0 seems to be OK.
