2.4GHz not enabling so easily

I like to disable 2.4ghz here and there. When I turn it back on, it sometimes will do nothing after applying changes, no device sees the SSID. The router only sees the changes if I sit on the settings homepage (one after the password screen) for a second or two after enabling 2.4ghz and applying changes.

Is this some software/hardware bug?

Sorry about the glitch there. How often does this happen? Have you tried factory resetting the router?
