Please somebody help - I've called, used live chat, used the WhatsApp chat and still had no luck.
Basically i was with virgin before in my previous address and had the app to obviously check bills etc.. I've now moved home and have a new contract with virgin media but no matter what I do or have tried to do my app will only bring up my previous contract which has now ended.
Desperate need of some help as this is driving me insane.

Hey Antocard10, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am really sorry to hear this.
Please remember when you move house a new account is made so you would get new details and this means you need to make an new account so re register again.
If you wanted to use the same email an IT ticket would have to be raised for which can take up to 5 working days sometimes a little longer.
I can also see you've spoke to the team since this post, did they manage to resolve this for you? Thanks
