I need to return my Virgin Media equipment, however, my phone number recently changed. I therefore can't get any pickup texts. An error message flashed when I tried to change my number on the website. I switched back my sim, but I haven't received any pickup texts on my old number. Please assist me with the return.
Just guessing by your user name that you are based in Ireland.
