Hi,
I've been trying to update the password for my account but keep getting a DEF01 error when clicking on the link that I get sent to my email. I've tried different browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) to no avail, clearing cookies doesn't make any difference either.
Please advise on how to proceed, since I need to make urgent changes to my account, regarding upgrading my services and payment.
