Hello,
I’m trying to create a Virgin Media account, but it’s not allowing me to create a password. Any password that I create is being refused with… password cannot be used.
Can you help?

Does the password meet the current requirements?
- Between 8-10 characters
- Start with a letter
- Contain at least one number
- No special characters.
Also must not contain any obvious words

The issue customer's were experiencing when registering for MYVM which were raised have been resolved.
