Password - not allowing me to create

Hello,

I’m trying to create a Virgin Media account, but it’s not allowing me to create a password. Any password that I create is being refused with… password cannot be used.

Can you help?

Does the password meet the current requirements?

- Between 8-10 characters

- Start with a letter

- Contain at least one number

- No special characters.

Also must not contain any obvious words

Yes it meets all of the requirements.

This is a known issue and we are currently looking and working on a fix.

We will let you know once its fixed.

Is this issue any closer to being resolved. I need to get access to the app so I can sort out my WiFi boosters.

The issue customer's were experiencing when registering for MYVM which were raised have been resolved.
