Hi,
I am unable to login to My Virgin Media broadband account using my mail ID. And also unable to reset password. When I enter my mail id and click on Reset, it says wrong email (screenshot attached).

We're sorry to hear you are having an issue with logging in to My VM.
We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
