New broadband account

I recently cancelled my broadband, I then signed up again but had to use my partners details. 

when I try and register using her name and the new account number.

it still brings up there is an account with my email address already. I can only see the old account in my app.

We're sorry to hear there's an issue with your new account registration.

Please, allow us to advise that once an email address has been registered for an online account before our system will always recognise this and won't let you create a new one with different details on.

In this case, you'd need to try registering for MyVM here using your friend's email or any other that has not been linked with an account with us before.

Once an account is created you can then add your email on there as a secondary address and switch it to your primary one after, so the emails go to yours (if that makes sense).
