We have moved house recently and been given a new account for the new address with a new account number. When we try and log in it only brings up the old account and says it is paid up. Does anyone know how we can access details for the new account online?

As advised - anything to do with My Virgin Media will require the account holder, which we have managed to do, so we will continue with the account holder.
