Long story short I recently joined Virgin Media and registered on the mobile app. However I noticed the sales person had put me down at a incorrect address. I love at 19a and she had put down 19b. Now it was not a simple matter of changing the address so the account had to be cancelled and new account for correct address set up. Now I am trying to register the new account to the app however it will not register as both are tied to the same email.
