My account does not exist

Just joined

I tried to log into my virgin media account and it said my email is not registered. I then clicked forgot email and went through the steps with the account number. It then said it could not find anything.

Can you confirm if you have previously been able to log into the online account? 

Does changing the password resolve this?

I have not, as this is a brand new account

It does not unfortunately, as it claims the email doesn't exist so I can't change

Can you screenshot the error and omit the email address. 



It looks like the email may exist on a previous account, can you confirm if you have had a Virgin Media account in the past with the same email which you are using? ^Chris. 

As far as I'm aware, there have been no accounts set up on this email address
