I am a new customer now for over a week. I have tried multiple times to register or login to the virgin media app or set up an account using the details I gave when I purchased my virgin media subscription. I encounter error messages as follows:
I am using the same info I registered with.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to register for your My Virgin Media account. I would love to take a closer look on your behalf. Before I do so, can you please advise me if the email address in question, has been associated with an online account previously?
