I can not login through the apps

Hi There, 

I have been with my current login over a month and I can not login all the apps for example all the sky apps that come with my package and I can not log in on the virgin media app either. 

I can not put anything on my mobile or my Ipad for my kid nor can I watch my sports on my phone or my Ipad. none of the customer advisers know what I am talking about please could you point me to the right place and where it is all going wrong.

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the app.

 

Can you confirm if you're able to sign in to your My Virgin Media account online through a browser?

 

Are you getting any kind of error message when trying to log in to the app?

Hi alex,

I can get on through the browser and when I try to login through the app it says please connect to the internet. This message is popping up when I am connected to my home broadband and my normal mobile data.

Can you please confirm the following-

 

If you've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app

 

Which device you've downloaded the app onto.

 

Can you double check in the device settings that the WiFi you're connected to is the same name as the one on the modem.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am connected to the name on the router. And when I am not connected to that and I am connected to the mobile data it is the same

Are you able to send a screen shot of the error you're getting?

 

Changing device makes no difference?

Do you also get these error messages when using other apps? Like the Sky sports app?

When you say similar. do you mean the exact same message? We need to know if it's the same recurring message or different.
