Cancelling an Engineer appointment

Hello.

i have an engineer appointment tomorrow that i need to cancel.

I've checked the app and the myvirgin media site but i cant see an option to do so anywhere.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to see you have had issues when trying to cancel your appointment. This should be visible under Orders and Appointments.

Have you been able to cancel this since posting this yesterday? If not, please let us know and we will be happy to help further.
