Hi i have had an email about a price rise and that i could cancel if not happy. I have tried to ring which leads me to an automated service to which leads me a question of presenting my password. I have forgotten it. I then have tried to negotiate the Virgin media app and websites to be signed out ever new page clicked and then having to look for what i wanted. Its not very easy to use.
How can i speak to someone about canceling? Rather than A.I
