Just switched to virgin media and have been trying to setup my account, I've seen others on forum have same issue and none of their solutions helped. I have not used any special characters nor used my username in the password. Things like abc123abc did not help. Need this sorted out ASAP.

Hi, it's been a whole month and I still receive a "Can't use that password" when trying to register for My Virgin Media which I need to access to see my bills and to track my orders. Need help ASAP!
