Won't let me sign in or change password or anything else

Are you trying to sign into your online My Virgin Media account or log into the router settings?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to sign in?

Have you been able to sign in previously?

If so, have you tried the forgotten password/ username options?

No I have not been able to sign in for months try re setting password and does not work but it says doesn't recognise email or password
