Can't login to account

Hello,

I am unable to login to my account through the virgin media app, despite being able to login here.

My equipment is due to arrive today.

What can I do about it?

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues signing into your online account. 

Your online account and your Community accounts are two different systems. It does not mean that the logins will be the same for both. 

Have you registered for an online account before? If not, you can do this on our website here: Register for MyVirginMedia.

Not confusing in the slightest and a waste of my time. I wasnt told the accounts were seperate. I suggest you change the system to a single account.

Im a software engineer and this is a terrible way to work.

I can appreciate the frustration regarding this,

Our Forums and MyVM accounts are separate dependant on how our customers would like to contact ourselves.
