App used to work... for last 6 weeks says “we have difficulty teaching by our servers”... can’t even log in
a field technician for virgin media and wanted to ask you some questions to try and help resolve this issue for you.
firstly is it the virgin v6 box or the tivo 500 box that you have?
if its the v6 could you please turn off your virgin modem and v6 box. boot the modem back up and wait for it to come back on to normal state (about 10 mins)
once this is on please could you then turn the v6 box back on, and let me know when done to advise you further.
