Whenever I log into my account using a web browser everything comes up. When I log in, using the exact same details, on to the app it just tells me that, ‘We’ll have you set up in the next 48 hours.’ But I’ve been set up for around 2-3 months.
Hey @BIGchris0694, Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account via the app, have you tried to un-install and re-install the app since the issues started?
Would you be able to try this also with a different device to see if you're getting the same error message?
