need to speak to someone online

how on earth can you speak to someone on livechat? been trying 3 days now and its always the same - wed like to continue on whatsapp - i dont have whatsapp and cant phone as deaf

i just want to discuss why im getting billed on my mobile account thats been paid off and stopped being used now

Can I ask was it just the one number you had that needed to be cancelled?

Secondly was it just the SIM that you were charged for?

yes i paid off my phone and cancelled the number but i carried on getting charged for the sim...... hence, im in credit now too
