I'm on a sim only monthly contract and sometimes my signal would disappear but turning aeroplane mode on and off would fix this. I haven't had signal for 3 days and tested the sim in 4 different devices and nothing. I've clicked on the 'chat to us' but it just takes me to the virgin media homepage so i'm here to ask for a new sim card.
