Changing phone contract

HiI got a new phone contract for my daughter not long ago as she was 17 now she's 18 she wants it changed to her name and bank details can this be done or would she have to buy out of her current contract and set one up in her name.Thanks

Cannot log into 02 Priority App

I had an email from Virgin Media saying we can use the 02 priority app, it wont accept my details, I've done the usual uninstall and reinstall and cleared cache, but it wont accept my phone number, the error I get is invalid auth token. Please advise
