Virgin Data.

Every month I have a data usage around 6GB... yesterday I got a call from virgin telling me to call them. My data usage on my mobile app had stated that I have used 8GB.. when I called virgin they told me that I went over 31GB, 15GB of which have been used at 7:30AM on a monday morning which is impossible since that is the time I am driving to work. There has to be some kind of glitch because I had not used this data and wouldn't even know where to begin to use 15GB when the maximum I use in 1 month is 8GB.....  Now  they are telling me I owe them 2300$ for this alleged 15MB of data use
