Unable to log in to my accounts!

I have been unable to log into my either of my two accounts to make changes to my address. As a result I have not received my new SIM for one number and the old SIM for this number has now stopped working. Virgin seem happy to bill me and take my money for the monthly contract for a number that has stopped working but I cannot change my details online. I am going round in circles. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SORT THIS NOW.

Sorry to hear this is happening 

Thank you for letting us know so we can look at getting this sorted 

When you are not able to sign in. what error do you get?
