My adult children do not live with us anymore. They want to take over and pay for their own mobile phone accounts that are still under my name. Their accounts were created when they were still at school.
Can this be done online or can a VirginMobile agent contact my children and get their payment details?

Hi there @sidharthamacdoc
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
You can add or change payment details on an account but we do not offer a transfer of name on contracts.
What you could do instead is have your kids each set up their own account and deal in their own name and port their old numbers across to the new accounts.
The SIM cards would need to stay active in order to port these numbers out, but our mobile sales team would be able to look at new deals for them on 0800 052 0238.
Thank you.

Thanks Ashleigh
I've asked my kids to try what you have suggested. Lets see how they get on! Anything better than being put on hold on the phone for 30mins!

Hi Ashleigh
Looks like the only way to get the accounts transferred is for my kids in my presence to phone Virgin Billing using Mobile Phone number 789.
This enabled the operative to gather bank account details and new credentials from my kids for direct debit purposes and new accounts respectively.
Fortunately we phoned late afternoon and didn't have to wait on hold for too long.
