Sim not registered on network

Hello,

This afternoon my VM sim flashed up with an error during a phone call and now it's saying I'm not registered on the network so I cannot make or receive calls.

I've tried restarting the phone

Ive tried removing the sim and reinserting

I have tried selecting the network manually and originally it said "cannot connect right now" when I selected virgin, now it's no longer showing virgin as an option.

Help please
