Hello ,
I requested a new SIM as lost my old one.
When I inserted the SIM and switched the phone on, it’s not asking for the activation code?
Its been 24 hours and nothing has come through so please can someone help?

The SIM will need to be activated in order to use the service. Information on how to do this can be found here.

Thank you for your reply, I followed these instructions yesterday and still no luck.
