Arrived in Jersey, sim not registered. 2 mobiles, functioned perfectly in UK and Europe last year. Done the sim in/out, on/off hokey cokey several times still no voice/texts. Checked settings online, roaming and international allowed.Wifi works fortunately. Can't sit on hold for Virgin we are busy service. Any ideas would be much appreciated as we wish to be available for calls to/from 89 year old Aunt.
