Hi my phone insurance company is require proof us usage to make a claim and are not continuing until they get one or something to say we cant provide it would you be able to provide proof of usage or an email to say it cant be provided

Hi @Safiyasumar thanks for your post here in the Community, welcome!
So unfortunately, we cannot provide usage of the phone itself, even if it's taken out from us. All we can do is provide use of the SIM, as it's the SIM that has all the proof of usage but sadly it leaves no trace of the handset it is used in.
Insurance companies should be aware of this however, so please report back to them and let us know if you need any further assistance.
