All day I haven't been able to open your priority app, with the same error I've seen other people report.

What's the web URL please ?

It seems Peter Kay is to blame.

Peter Kay works for Virgin ?

Notwithstanding the fact that the priority app has seemingly been down all day preventing customers from buying Peter Kay tickets, I wasn’t even aware that there was this priority sale.

Where was this advertised?  Were customers emailed?

I’m on the top package including O2  mobile and heard absolutely nothing.
